FOR MACHINE BUILDERS AND OEMS

Complete automation, from electrical documentation and control panels to PLC software and commissioning, or support for your team when you need capacity or expertise.

DOCUMENTATION AND CONTROL PANELS

Electrical schematics and documentation in EPLAN, including digitizing old paper drawings. Building, wiring and testing of PLC and MCC panels and control desks.

PLC, HMI, SCADA AND ROBOTICS

New applications and changes to existing ones: Siemens (TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC), Unitronics, Allen-Bradley and Weintek. Programming and integration of robots.

COMMISSIONING AND FAT/SAT

IO checks, parameter setup, FAT/SAT and training, in Croatia and abroad. Local commissioning and service partner for foreign machine builders in Croatia and Southeast Europe.

MODIFICATIONS AND UPGRADES

Modifications, retrofits and taking over unfinished projects. Machines with incomplete documentation (S7-300, PROFIBUS, OP, Masterdrives): program recovery and upgrades.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND SERVICE

Finding and fixing faults on PLC-controlled machines and plants, program backups and maintenance support. Service and parameter setup of variable frequency drives (VFDs).
